One of the most powerful Omega 3 is hemp seed oil(that’s right from the marijuana plant). Very few people understand the true benefits of Omega 3.Essential fatty acids cannot be produced in the body therefore they need to be obtained from our diets.The problem with the North American diet is that we get way too much Omega 6 and too little Omega 3.
