The flu shot - not exactly good science!
By Dr. A. W. Martin | October 7, 2008
The so called experts are saying that this year’s flu shot should be a good match. Now last year’s vaccine was only 44% effective. Now i dont know about you but with this type of hit and miss science i think there must be a better way of protecting oneself from the flu bug. Here is my recommendation
1)take 2-4000 i u of vitamin d 3 on a daily basis
2)take a broad spectrum probiotic for at least 30 days
3)keep oil of oregeno handy and at the first sign of cold or flu spray or use drops under tongue or at back of throat
