My wife had InBone Ankle replacement
surgery over a year ago. Should we ask the surgeon if WBV would be good for her? I thought it would be a good idea. What is your opinion?
    Thanks, Jim

    Dear dr.Sidhu,
I have just 1 question about excersizing on vibrating machines like Power plate. I had a knee injury luxatio pattelae, when i fell really bad, and my medial ligamens are partialy ruptured, I have some congenital flaw which is pattellae type Wieberg III and distal end of femur bome turned for 22degrees to the outside so my knee easily slips out. I am 29 years olod and I have always excersized, except last 5 months because i am on recover therapy at my doctor in Serbia, last few weeks i am getting muscular electrostimulation on some ultratone and compex machines. I would like to excercise on Fit vibe or power plate. Is that ok for my knee, can I somehow cause extra destabilization so it falls out more frequently?
    Thank You and
    Best regards,
    Natasa Jovanovic
    Novi Sad, Serbia
